Excellent the best pho ,I have ever had and when I'm sick, I also use it to get rid of colds,the chef Chris has over20 yrs of experience, and you can taste that in the food, along with the love of his cooking,he trained in Vietnam before coming to Australia.
We’ve been coming to Pho Hien Saigon for about 8 years now, and it’s still one of our favourite Vietnamese restaurants. The pho is always delicious, the portions are generous, and the food is fresh and full of flavour.
Really fantastic Pho. We have been coming here since 2007 and never had a complaint. The food is amazing and authentic. Truly genuine Vietnamese cuisine.
I had the rare beef pho in large, and it sure was ! So delicious and also packed with beef and vegetables, loads of compliments, bean shoots, chilly, and Basil was very fresh, fragrant and crunchy.
The Pho is so good here!! I've been eating here for years. I have also had many of the other dishes and I always thoroughly enjoy my meals from here. My favourite is the spring rolls. I just haven't had any that are better than them
